Brady Heights Historic District, Inc.

Founded in 1980, Brady Heights Historic District, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which serves the Brady Heights Historic District neighborhood as well as the surrounding community.

Leadership structure

Brady Heights Historic District, Inc. has four (4) Officer positions and eleven (11) Board Director positions which govern the operations of the nonprofit organization. Officer positions are single-year terms and are elected at the annual meeting each January. Board Director positions are two-year terms, also elected at the annual meeting. Per the organization by-laws, Officers and Board Directors are required to be dues-paying members of Brady Heights Historic District, Inc.
