Not quite in Brady Heights but just across the Tisdale Expressway is the Fairview Mansion, also known as the Springer Mansion, at 585 W Fairview. The mansion will be part of an IRS Auction on September 11th, 2008.

The Coalition of Historic Neighborhoods refers to the 1920 home as part of a former Designer Showcase and the house is featured in the book One Hundred More Historic Tulsa Homes. If you’ve never been across to the historic Country Club District, it’s definitely worth the trip over the Fairview overpass to check it out!
Minimum bid is set at $300,000. More information about both the home and the auction can be found at the IRS auction’s website. Hopefully the new owners will be able to restore this beautiful mansion to its former glory!
